Dispatch Dates

The Organic Gift Hamper Company will use every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. You will be notified when your hampers will be due for dispatch. However The Organic Gift Hamper Company shall not be liable for any loss and damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its control. Such as compliance with laws and regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the purchaser, acts of civil or military authority etc.

Delivery

Delivery is performed by courier and once dispatched will be delivered next day.

Substitutions

The Organic Gift Hamper Company strives to ensure that the photography and descriptions of their hampers are accurate. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value; if for any reason those items listed are unavailable.

We strive to provide you with the best customer service. Our customer service telephone number is 01253 701518 where calls are charged at normal rates. This number is manned but at peak times runs on an answering machine. Please leave a message and we will contact you the same day. Opening times are Monday-Friday 9-5pm throughout the year except for 15th November - 20th December when we are open 8am - 10pm 7 days a week.
