Conditions of Use

Any material found within our pages including text, images and information may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for personal and non-commercial use.

Orders

Prices are given on the basis of cost at the time of publishing. Prices can be amended at any time to reflect any changes that have occurred in cost including any rise or fall in VAT.

Security and Payments

Payment can be made by VISA (credit or debit), MasterCard and cheque. VAT is charged on those items that are applicable. Your personal details will not be passed onto to a third party without your prior consent. Goods will be despatched once payment has been received in full. All payments can be made online by credit card using Secure Trading secure payment. Alternatively payments can be made over the phone to The Organic Gift Hamper Company on 01253 701518 or by sending a cheque made payable to The Organic Gift Hamper Company, Banks Farm Cottage, Staynall Lane, Hambleton, Lancs, FY6 9DT.

Damaged Goods

We ask that you inspect the boxes on delivery and if there are any signs of breakage i.e. damage to the box or wetness to the box etc. then do not sign for the parcel and send it back with the courier. If the goods are damaged when you open the box then please contact the Organic Gift Hamper Company within 5 working days. Damaged goods must be returned to The Organic Gift Hamper Company, Banks Farm Cottage, Staynall Lane, Hambleton, Lancs, FY6 9DT suitably packaged. The Organic Gift Hamper Company will then replace or refund the items damaged.

Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel any orders up to 7 days prior to dispatch, when a full refund will be made minus any administration costs. This will be made to the customer via the same method by which they paid for the goods. Any orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to despatch will receive a refund of the cost minus any perishable goods that cannot be resold. Online purchasers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. In this circumstance the parcel must be returned to The Organic Gift Hamper Company, Banks Farm Cottage, Staynall Lane, Hambleton, Lancs, FY6 9DT suitably packaged. A refund will be made within 30 days minus any perishable goods, which cannot be resold, and any items that have been consumed.

Alcohol

It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to anyone over 18 years of age. It is also an offence for any persons under 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. No person under the age of 18 years of age may place an order with The Organic Gift Hamper Company if the hamper contains alcohol.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law The Organic Gift Hamper Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or any products sold from or referred to on this site.

Organic Certification

All products sold by The Organic Gift Hamper Company are organically certified with the exception of the sea vegetables and sea salt. Due to the nature of these products it is not possible to organically certify them. Hamper baskets are made from a renewable source and the bottle bags etc are biodegradable eco-bags. We endeavour to provide the most eco-packaging available to us. Please try to re-use hampers, bags and boxes and recycle all packaging material wherever possible.

Privacy

We protect your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and to process your order. The information we will hold on you will be your name, address, phone number and email details. Future offers and new product lines will be emailed to you.
